Platform Engineer

Can you imagine building internal AI platforms that empower the next generation of ML and Agentic AI applications? You will apply your knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, DevOps and cloud-native technologies to support enterprise AI platforms and backend services. You will feel supported as part of the team. Besides your team and manager, you will have additional support figures such as a godparent who will help you with practical and administrative aspects during the first month, and a mentor who will guide you through onboarding and your career with regular 1:1 meetings. Responsibilities You will be responsible for designing, building, releasing, and supporting highly available AI foundation platforms used by data scientists and software engineers across the company. You will collaborate with international engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance. You will also contribute to MLOps and enterprise LLM platforms, implementing monitoring, disaster recovery, and automation solutions. If a project ends or you seek a new challenge, we will find a new project aligning with your development. Qualifications - Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Helm, and Git. - Professional coding experience in Python and backend development with FastAPI and Celery. - Experience working with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake and understanding of ML and LLM fundamentals. - Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in international environments.
