Requirements
progress Who You Are - Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Natural Science or a related field. - Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in a relevant field. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with managing Snowflake based Data Warehouse platforms. - Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles - Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably focusing on data warehouses. - Ability to strategize for long-term product success and devise clear and actionable product roadmaps to align with the company's strategic goals and user needs. - Prior experience in Healthcare R&D and familiarity with medical vocabulary is a plus, experience with structured data in the Healthcare context is highly advantageous. - Experience with regulated processes for software development (GxP) is a big plus. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in managing backlog items, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in conjunction with Snowflake. - Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach. - Organized and structured way of working, fast learner, ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks. - Strong ownership mindset and the ability to lead in a complex matrix organization - Experience with working in cross-functional distributed product teams of e
