Fullstack Developer

BeInCrypto's engineering team is looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus to join us. The core of this role is backend development in Rust and Python-based automation - building reliable services, automation pipelines, and data workflows that power our platform. We're looking for someone hands-on and pragmatic - comfortable owning backend services end-to-end, writing automation scripts, and managing databases at scale. ETL experience is a plus, but solid database management and pipeline-building skills are what matter most. Tasks - Develop and maintain backend services written in Rust; - Build and maintain automation scripts and pipelines in Python; - Work with no-code automation tools (n8n) where appropriate; - Deploy and manage workloads on Google Cloud Run; - Design and implement event-driven workflows using Pub/Sub; - Manage and optimize Postgres databases and BigQuery data warehouses; - Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines; - Collaborate with the frontend team on React-based features when needed. Requirements - Strong backend development experience, with Rust as the primary language; - Solid Python skills for automation, scripting, and pipeline development; - Experience managing relational databases (Postgres or equivalent) and building ingestion pipelines; - Working knowledge of React for frontend collaboration; - Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end on backend and automation tasks. Nice-to-have - Experience building ETL pipelines; - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub); - Experience with n8n or similar no-code/low-code automation platforms; - Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues.
