Application Engineer - G+D Mobile Security Location: Sant Joan Despí, BCN, ES Responsibilities - Installation and deployment of software applications developed by the R&D team across various environments (test and production). - Automate application installation and continuous process improvements using Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Troubleshoot application incidents and coordinate with other teams for database, infrastructure, or software issues. - Trigger problem tickets related to monitoring and event management. - Perform on-demand health checks of services and solutions. - Provide input on future and continuous needs for new investments to maintain and expand services, reporting to the Data Center Manager. - Meet compliance and information security requirements in Service Operations. - Evaluate, improve, and add applicable work instructions. Knowledge and Skills - Licensed in IT or equivalent. - Proficiency in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases (Oracle, SQL Server). - Technical skillset in software application development. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes. - Solution- and process-improvement oriented mindset. - Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. - Fluent written and spoken English.
