proactive and technically strong Support Engineer to support the full lifecycle of apps on Titan OS. You'll work closely with key app providers (AppleTV, HBO Max, Spotify) during onboarding and throughout their apps' lifecycle: across new platform releases, evolving technical specifications, and new TV model launches. This role combines technical troubleshooting, partner support, and coordination across internal teams. You'll help ensure apps continue to perform reliably as the platform evolves while also improving documentation, processes, and overall developer experience. Key Responsibilities App Lifecycle Support & Integrations - Act as a technical contact for app partners across the full lifecycle (onboarding, updates, and new platform releases) - Support partners in adapting their apps to new Titan OS versions, device generations, and technical requirements - Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes across app, platform, and device layers - Collaborate with QA, engineering, technical support, software engineering, or systems integration (ideally on Smart TV or connected devices) - Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including at least one JavaScript framework, with an understanding of how modern web application architecture works - Expertise in debugging Web Applications, with proficiency in JavaScript analysis and browser-based tools (WebInspect/Chrome DevTools) - Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) and how it impacts the app lifecycle and data communication - Strong problem-solving skills across multiple layers (app, platform, and device) - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation - Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners - Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement Nice to Have - Experience with Smart TV platforms (Titan OS, Android TV, Tizen, WebOS) - Familiarity with
