ALM, Confluence, Xray, etc. - Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. - Use of Postman, SoapUI, FileZilla for testing and validation of endpoints and batch processes. - Handling environments (logs, Kibana, OpenShift, etc) for trace and error tracking, as well as incident validation. - Knowledge of test automation tools.
