Job description
As a Solution Architect within the Innovation domain, you are responsible for shaping and realizing solution architectures across the full innovation lifecycle: from early concepts to scalable enterprise solutions.
Within GenAI and AI-driven initiatives, you help the organization create tangible business value and improve operational efficiency through pragmatic application of AI technologies. At the same time, you contribute to the broader AI transformation by helping embed new ways of working and AI capabilities into the enterprise technology landscape.
You operate at the intersection of business, technology, and architecture, ensuring that initiatives are guided by clear architectural direction, lightweight governance, and pragmatic decision-making. You balance long-term architectural vision with immediate delivery objectives and actively contribute to realizing solutions in practice.
You work closely with Architects, Product Leads, and Technology Leads in a collaborative environment where ownership and alignment are essential. You are responsible for end-to-end solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic technology direction. This is a project-driven role where ownership, adaptability, and a hands-on mindset are critical. You are comfortable stepping beyond formal role boundaries when needed to ensure successful delivery.

- Align with Business and Enterprise Architects to ensure business value and architectural consistency
- Translate complex requirements into actionable designs for engineering teams
- Guide teams during implementation and help resolve technical challenges
- Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. scalability, security, reliability) are met
- Identify risks early and support teams in making sound technical decisions
- Collaborate across domains and contribute to architecture communities and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Top 3 responsibilities
End-to-end solution design

Your development path
In this role, you will further strengthen your capabilities as a Solution Architect in an innovation-driven environment. You will gain experience across the full innovation lifecycle: from discovery and experimentation to enterprise-scale implementation. You will deepen your expertise in cloud, integration, AI, and enterprise architecture while further developing stakeholder management and architectural leadership skills through collaboration with architecture communities and cross-functional teams., You will work in an innovation-focused environment where architecture enables the transition from idea to implementation through structured collaboration, governance, and continuous alignment.
You will contribute to an active architecture community built around shared principles, recurring alignment sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
This is a role with direct impact, where you help shape how innovation evolves into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
