As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Analyst, You Will:
-
Analyze business requirements related to HR master data, organizational structures, employee lifecycle events, and workforce administration processes.

Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions based on business and operational requirements.

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and refine functional requirements.

Translate business requirements into system configurations, functional specifications, and solution design documents.

Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, enhancements, release activities, and production support operations.

Configure and maintain Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Picklists, and MDF Objects.

Support organizational management processes and employee data administration activities across enterprise HR environments.
-
Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve Employee Central-related system issues, defects, and configuration challenges.

Ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency across HR processes and workflows.

Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, process documentation, and end-user support materials.

Monitor system updates and quarterly SuccessFactors releases to assess impacts on Employee Central functionality., * Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational consistency across HR systems.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes and system optimization.

Manage multiple priorities across implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.

Adapt effectively to evolving business needs and SuccessFactors platform enhancements.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, support, or enhancement projects.
-
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and administration.
-
Hands-on experience configuring Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions.

Strong understanding of HR business processes, employee lifecycle management, and workforce administration.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities within enterprise HR systems.
-
Experience supporting implementations, production support, testing, and release management activities.
-
Strong understanding of HR data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Experience working within enterprise HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
