Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products., * Play a key role in functional configuration, MES modeling, and platform support to ensure manufacturing efficiency, process compliance, and data integrity across shop-floor operations.

Act as a bridge between solution architects and production teams, translating business and manufacturing requirements into effective technical workflows while providing operational and user support.

Perform hands-on modeling and configuration of shop-floor objects, including workflows, resources, routes, and Master Batch Records (MBR).

Support validation and compliance activities by authoring and executing CSV documentation such as IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols in alignment with GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.

Develop and maintain integrations between Siemens Opcenter and enterprise systems such as ERP/SAP, LIMS, and SCADA using SQL, web services, and APIs.

Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related shop-floor issues, debug system logic, and provide end-user support and training to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.

Develop ODATA-based APIs for system integrations and manage manufacturing master and transactional data using tools such as Opcenter Batch Loader.

Collaborate with architects, business users, and production teams to support MES enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter Execution (Camstar) across Pharma, Discrete Manufacturing, or Electronics domains.
Requirements

Skilled MES Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Siemens Opcenter Execution (Camstar) solutions., * Hands-on experience with Opcenter tools including Designer, Portal Studio, and Camstar Interoperability (CIO).

Knowledge of C# and .NET for minor customizations and enhancements.

Good understanding of SQL databases, system infrastructure, and manufacturing architectures such as ISA-95 and ISA-88.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, and MES best practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
-
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
