Requirements
As a system administrator, you are responsible for second- and third-line IT support. Thus, you offer support to your first-line support colleagues. In this independent role, you analyze business-critical problems or questions and quickly convert them into a practical solution. In addition, you proactively manage our client's IT by responding appropriately to event messages from monitoring systems. In addition, you provide support in the analysis of information from incident registration as part of the problem management process. This way recurring disruptions (with high impact) are structurally solved and even prevented. - Keeping system documentation up to date - Communicate with third-party vendors, suppliers, solution groups and service managers - Proactive and reactive management of IT in both large data centers and Azure - Monitor progress of own activities - Meeting set lead times Your profile - HBO working and thinking level - Minimum of 3 years' experience in second- and third-line management - You have experience with process-oriented work, ITIL is an advantage - Knowledge of and experience with VMware, Microsoft Azure and O365, Citrix, Ivanti - You can demonstrate your knowledge through earned certificatio...
