As a Workday HCM Reporting & Testing Engineer, You Will:
-
Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions for enterprise HR operations.

Perform Workday application testing across functional modules, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Create and manage system test environments while executing functional and system testing activities for development and enhancement projects.

Design and develop advanced, matrix, composite, and BIRT reports to support global HR, Payroll, and Finance operations.

Build complex calculated fields to support workforce analytics and payroll reporting requirements.

Design executive dashboards using Scorecards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.

Optimize report performance and ensure efficient data retrieval across Workday environments.

Implement secure RaaS reports supporting downstream integrations and enterprise reporting needs.

Conduct report security audits, access validations, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Support production reporting incidents, troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday reporting solutions.

Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities within enterprise Workday environments., * Troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting, integration, and application issues efficiently.

Ensure data accuracy, reporting security, and compliance within enterprise systems.

Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within fast-paced environments.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements
-
6+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, Integration, and Testing.
-
Strong expertise in Workday Report Builder, Custom Reports, XSLT Reports, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and BIRT reporting.

Hands-on experience testing Workday applications, reports, dashboards, and integrations across multiple Workday customer environments.

Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Payroll.

Experience developing complex reporting solutions and executive dashboards within enterprise Workday environments.

Strong understanding of Workday calculated fields, analytics, and reporting optimization techniques.

Experience supporting secure reporting integrations and downstream enterprise systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within collaborative teams.

Workday certification from an authorized implementation partner is mandatory.

Familiarity with testing and project management tools such as ADO and JIRA is preferred.
