As an Enterprise Solution Architect, You Will:

  • Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Java and Angular-based enterprise applications.

  • Design scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable systems supporting complex business functions.

  • Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and technology evaluation initiatives.

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across backend and frontend engineering teams.

  • Architect and guide the development of microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications.

  • Design and support responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing front-end applications using Angular.

  • Collaborate closely with business and functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices related to coding standards, CI/CD, DevOps, security, observability, and performance optimization.

  • Review and enhance application architectures to improve availability, resilience, scalability, and operational efficiency.

  • Mentor developers and technical leads on architecture principles, modern engineering practices, and design patterns.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in technical roadmap planning, effort estimation, release governance, and solution strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, software engineering, and technical leadership roles.

  • Strong expertise in Java, Angular, microservices architecture, and enterprise application development.

  • Hands-on experience designing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native application architectures.

  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, integration patterns, and modern application frameworks.

  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and observability solutions.

  • Expertise in application scalability, resilience engineering, security best practices, and performance optimization.

  • Strong understanding of frontend engineering principles and responsive application design using Angular.

  • Experience leading architecture discussions, technical governance, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence within enterprise environments.

  • Experience working within agile delivery and enterprise transformation programs.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

  • Design enterprise-grade architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

  • Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and architectural roadmaps.

  • Lead and influence engineering teams across backend, frontend, and platform workstreams.

  • Drive modernization initiatives using cloud-native, API-driven, and event-based architectures.

  • Ensure operational excellence through strong governance, observability, and DevOps practices.

  • Identify architectural risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and leadership teams.
