Job description
Pre-Sales
- Support pre-sales by leading product demonstrations and contributing to solution design
- Provide input to proposals, estimates and statements of work
- Identify and communicate opportunities for existing and prospective clients
Project Delivery
- Deliver Certinia solutions aligned to agreed requirements and acceptance criteria
- Provide functional consultancy on product capability and best practice business processes
- Configure, implement and support Certinia and associated solutions
- Produce key deliverables including functional documentation, test scripts and training materials
- Deliver client training sessions and post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot and resolve solution and environment issues
Project Governance
- Manage risks and issues within assigned workstreams
- Communicate progress, impacts and resolutions to stakeholders
- Contribute to project planning and estimation activities
- Align delivery to Agilyx implementation methodology and project standards
- Maintain awareness of commercial impact in all decisions and activities
Internal Contribution
- Mentor and support junior consultants
- Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices
- Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * 3 to 5 years' experience delivering Certinia solutions
- Certinia Financial Management Cloud and Professional Services Cloud certifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
- Degree in business, finance, IT or equivalent experience

About the company

You will work closely with the PMO, contribute to pre-sales activities and support the development of junior consultants.
