This is a unique opportunity to join as an early-stage hire, working directly with a highly experienced leader and gaining exposure across both: Internal security governance External Web3 regulatory advisory If you're coming from a consulting / IT audit / GRC background and want to break into Web3 - this is one of the best entry points in the market. What You'll Be Doing Internal Security & GovernanceSupport SOC 2 & ISO 27001 compliance activitiesMaintain policies, controls, and security documentationAssist in audit preparation & evidence collectionTrack risk registers and remediation processesHelp ensure compliance with GDPR and global data standards Web3 Compliance & AdvisoryResearch global crypto regulations (MiCA, FATF, etc.)Support gap analyses & regulatory readiness assessmentsAssist in delivering client-facing compliance reviewsContribute to AML / cybersecurity advisory projectsHelp shape new services aligned with emerging regulations

Must-have experience 2-4 years in:Information Security / GRC / IT Audit / Technology RiskExposure to:SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 auditsStrong ability to:Interpret regulationsMap controls to requirementsPerform assessments & gap analysis Why This Role?
