Job description

Bench IT require a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP working fully on-site in Uttoxeter. The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support to users across the business, assisting with a variety of hardware, software, and account-related issues while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an entry level who is looking to expand their knowledge and build hands-on experience within a fast-paced IT support environment., * Providing IT support to end users

  • Logging and managing IT incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Supporting Windows and Office 365 environments
  • Assisting with laptop and desktop builds/setup
  • Password resets and Active Directory administration
  • Escalating more complex issues where required
  • Delivering excellent customer service and communication

Requirements

  • Previous experience within support roles or holding an It related degree / alternative IT qualification
