Join our Team as a IT Technical Delivery Manager at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends Your Role: *You will support the Head of IT in developing and maintaining the IT strategy and deputise when required. *You will design, architect and deliver secure and cost-effective technology solutions aligned to business needs. *You will manage IT infrastructure, platforms, connectivity and cloud services to ensure availability, performance and security. *You will act as project manager and change manager, ensuring best practice delivery and excellent customer experience. *You will manage third-party suppliers and service partners to ensure value, security and contractual compliance. *You are responsible for major incident, disaster recovery, vulnerability management and continual service improvement.
Requirements
Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills. Ability to anticipate risks, mitigate negative user impact and drive continual improvement.
