Job description

  • People Management

  • Build, develop, and retain diverse, high-performing teams. Operations & Incident Management
  • Lead critical datacenter operations across electrical, mechanical, and systems infrastructure.
  • Monitor performance using telemetry and CMMS tools, ensuring reliability and rapid issue identification.
  • Own incident response, driving resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Maintenance & Technical Excellence
  • Oversee planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure uptime and performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding troubleshooting and supporting vendor activities on-site.
  • Ensure all work is executed safely and in line with operational standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND mission critical services work/applied learning experience (e.g., high availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields)
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience in a specialized area (e.g., mechanical field, electrical field, controls field) or related field.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
