Job description

*Provide administration, support and management of the A.S. Watson (UK) production environments. *Responding and resolving issues that affect internal and external customer system availability *Provide highly specialised technical expertise to support and maintain multiple environments and demonstrate an awareness of the associated A.S. Watson (UK) IT Services. *Partner with the various technical teams to develop and implement solutions. *Work with 3rd party vendors, ensure SLA, OLA and KPIs are reviewed and met. *Conduct complex technical analysis to resolve system problems, ensuring procedures and processes are followed and or enhanced for system changes Systems and processes change the way in which we do things from time to time, but the task remains the same. Try to keep it top level.

Requirements

2-3 years experience working in a busy support team at 2nd / 3rd line level. Experience of providing support and an understanding of the challenges of the retail sector. Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers. Experience providing technical and user focused documentation

Technical Skills:

*MS Windows 7 & 10, Server 2008 - 2019 *MS Office 2010 2016 (O365). *Office 365 Cloud Support *Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft core services, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP *Understanding of VPN and experience of Junos Pulse, Pulse Secure, Juniper and user authentication solutions. *Dell storage, server and workstation *Mobile Application/Device Management *Enterprise endpoint security experience *LAN and WAN troubleshooting *IP Voice and Telephone support *Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL and Oracle. *Service Now or Top Desk. *Microsoft In-Tune *Kaspersky AV or similar *SAN Storage experience *Apple Mac, iPhone and iPad devices. *Adobe Creative Suite. *Virtualisation using VMWare vSphere 5.5 or later *VEEAM or similar solution *Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG)
