Requirements
Essential Expertise8+ years' experience in consulting or technical advisory roles, with strong depth in Microsoft 365 and the modern workplaceStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and tenant architectureExperience enabling and governing Microsoft 365 Copilot, including data readiness and risk mitigationStrong understanding of intelligent automation concepts, including Power Automate for workflow orchestration and AI Builder for embedding AI capabilities into business processes within governed environmentsAbility to translate compliance, risk, security, and automation requirements into business-focused transformation roadmapsExceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite and senior risk/compliance leadersProven ability to articulate business value, risk reduction, and ROI for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and automation initiatives Desirable ExpertiseExperience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and AI Builder, alongside Dynamics 365, within a governed enterprise environmentAbility to advise on automation strategy, guardrails, and value realisation, rather than hands-on build onlyKnowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Zero Trust principlesBackground working with regulated industries (e.g. financial services, public sector, healthcare)Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, or Power PlatformPrior experience in partner or strategic advisory roles
