Lead service modelling aligned to CSDM Improve CMDB data quality, governance, and lifecycle management Deliver data health reporting, insights, and remediation plans Support ITSM processes (incident/change impact) through accurate service data Engage stakeholders across service owners, IT teams, and suppliers
Requirements
Strong ServiceNow CMDB experience Solid understanding of CSDM Proven data quality, analysis, and governance experience Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
Desirable ITIL/ServiceNow certifications Experience in regulated or multi-supplier environments
