Job description
This role provides key support to the Quality and Hygiene Management team and plays an important part in maintaining our product safety, quality, and compliance standards. You'll be involved in internal and third-party audits, customer complaint investigations, and day-to-day quality system activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment., * Carry out internal audits across Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental systems
- Support and participate in third-party audits
- Log, investigate, and manage customer complaints, returns, and enquiries
- Arrange collections and ensure non-conforming product is controlled in line with standards
- Locate retained samples for investigation and re-testing
- Work closely with all departments to support the Product Safety and Quality Management System
- Collate documentation and records to maintain compliance
- Conduct food safety induction training
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, with a genuine interest in quality and compliance., * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of BRCGS and/or ISO 9001
- Experience with internal auditing and HACCP
- Confidence supporting audits and handling customer complaints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
