Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Business Analyst to support a large-scale HR transformation programme. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering payroll solutions across UK and Ireland, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll., * Lead AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis for payroll across UK & Ireland
- Gather, document and validate business requirements with key stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ECP solutions
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions, ensuring alignment across HR, Payroll, and IT
- Develop process documentation, including:

Support ECP implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment to best practice o Process maps o Swimlane diagrams o Functional documentation

Work closely with system integrators and technical teams throughout delivery

Assist with testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test case design and execution support

Support training development and delivery for end users and payroll teams

Provide guidance on payroll processes, compliance, and localisation requirements for UK & Ireland
Requirements

Proven experience in multiple SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations in a:Strong understanding of Payroll processes (UK & Ireland), including statutory requirements o Business Analyst o Functional Consultant o Process Analyst role

Expertise in business process analysis, including AS-IS/TO-BE design

Demonstrated experience producing process diagrams, documentation, and swimlanes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior audiences

Experience supporting testing cycles and training initiatives

Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with ECP (desirable)

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (desirable) Personal Attributes
