Job description

  • Entering utility bill information accurately into internal systems
  • Handling incoming calls from suppliers, residents, and internal colleagues
  • Liaising with utility providers, local authorities, contractors, and other external parties
  • Supporting residents with utility-related issues, including off-service matters
  • Requesting meter information from property teams
  • Assisting with supplier queries, disputed bills, and debt-related cases
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
  • Helping to report on KPIs and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales

Requirements

We are recruiting for a Utilities Administrator to join a busy utilities team on a 3-month temporary contract. This role would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment., * Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy

  • Confident telephone manner and good customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Basic IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Able to work independently and support colleagues when needed
