Job description
- Entering utility bill information accurately into internal systems
- Handling incoming calls from suppliers, residents, and internal colleagues
- Liaising with utility providers, local authorities, contractors, and other external parties
- Supporting residents with utility-related issues, including off-service matters
- Requesting meter information from property teams
- Assisting with supplier queries, disputed bills, and debt-related cases
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
- Helping to report on KPIs and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales
Requirements
We are recruiting for a Utilities Administrator to join a busy utilities team on a 3-month temporary contract. This role would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment., * Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy
- Confident telephone manner and good customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills, including Word and Excel
- A proactive, problem-solving approach
- Able to work independently and support colleagues when needed
