Role Overview Hands-on Power Platform Administrator focused on day-to-day operations and task execution - not architecture or design. Must be able to hit the ground running and work independently within a fast-moving, small team environment. Position Summary - Mid-to-senior level administrator supporting enterprise Power Platform governance and automation - Primary focus on migrating Power Automate flows and Canvas Apps into a newly architected environment - Operates within two-week sprint cycles, executing assigned tasks independently from start to finish Key Responsibilities - Administer environments, DLP policies, and access controls across dev, test, and production - Execute migration tasks - moving Power Automate flows and Canvas Apps from legacy to new environments - Troubleshoot connector issues, token usage, performance problems, and pipeline failures - Support ALM and CI/CD pipeline operations within Power Platform - Work directly with internal customers to understand their solutions and facilitate migrations - Contribute to PowerShell scripting and other technical tasks as needed - Pitch in across the team wherever needed - everyone contributes broadly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Altamonte Springs, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
