Job description

Looking for an IBM Safer Payments Consultant with experience in real-time payments, fraud systems, and transaction processing environments. The role involves supporting and configuring fraud detection workflows and payment integrations., * Configure and support IBM Safer Payments platform

  • Support real-time payment and fraud detection workflows
  • Work with APIs, messaging systems, and database integrations
  • Collaborate with Fraud Operations, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Provide documentation, reporting, and issue support

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with IBM Safer Payments (implementation, configuration, or support)
  • Experience in real-time payments or fraud environments
  • Knowledge of payment systems, message-based architectures, and ISO-style payment flows
  • Experience with APIs, Kafka, messaging systems, relational/NoSQL databases, and Linux environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience configuring fraud rules, risk models, thresholds, and workflows in IBM Safer Payments
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or OpenShift
  • Experience with containerized deployments
  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills
