Job description

The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for leading and managing software development activities within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful software development and implementation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage software development teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Develop and implement software development plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor software development progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on software development status.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software development success.

Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in leading software development teams and managing software development projects.
  • Tech Stack: Power Apps, React (frontend) and Dataverse (backend)

Benefits & conditions

The Compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $155,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
