Job description
A client of Insight Global is hiring an IAM Analyst focused on SSO onboarding, access management, and automation. This is a hands-on role where you'll own application integrations, troubleshoot authentication issues, and help drive automation initiatives across the IAM environment.
What You'll Do: Lead SSO onboarding and integration for enterprise applications Configure and support SAML, OAuth, and OIDC Partner with app teams to implement access and authentication solutions Support provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access issues Contribute to automation initiatives (chatbots, workflows) Support IAM platforms (Ping, Azure AD, SailPoint)
Requirements
2-5 years in IAM security role Experience with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) Experience with identity platforms (Ping or Azure AD) Strong troubleshooting skills in access/integration issues Experience with Active Directory / LDAP Scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with SailPoint or other IGA tools Exposure to PAM tools (CyberArk, Delinea) Experience with automation or ServiceNow workflows API or integration troubleshooting experience
