Job description
The System Analyst I position is responsible for the implementation, support & inventory control of applications and services within the bank. This position will develop and prepare solutions for issues that affect business processes and efficiency. This role will work with peers, internal customers and external vendors to troubleshoot and/or apply solutions to system issues reported. This role will also serve as a technical liaison between external vendors and internal users., The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. - Implementation of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Implementation of SQL Sever Analysis Services (SSAS)
- Implementation of software upgrades and patches
- Troubleshooting complex issues and integrations between systems
- Work alongside IT engineers, Database Administrators and IT Security to consistently apply best practices when doing Updates/Upgrades
- Required to work afterhours and weekends for projects and high priority items

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL server database, functions and coding ability (SQL server syntax and terminology)
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 or higher functionality
- Knowledge of Visual Studio 2019 or higher to create automated reports through SSIS
- Knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System and web servers & services
- 2+ years of experience in working in RDBMS and software troubleshooting
- Microsoft Certified Professional certifications, A+ Certifications are a plus but not required
