Requirements

  • BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) or similar EPM/planning platforms
  • Expertise in building data models in Adaptive Planning
  • Experience leading requirements discussions and working sessions with business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Advanced Excel skills to support analysis, validation, and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users

Preferred/Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting data integrations, ETL processes, or upstream source systems
  • Exposure to other EPM platforms (Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC, SAP SAC, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
  • Experience working across multiple planning domains (Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR)
  • Interest in growing toward broader solution design or platform leadership responsibilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
