Requirements

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) hands-on experience Banking or Financial Services domain experience Salesforce Data Cloud development experience, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field., * 6-10 years of overall IT experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience
  • Proven delivery experience in Banking / Financial Services environments
  • Hands-on Developer or Lead role experience (not purely architecture)

Technical Skills

  • Salesforce Data Cloud: Ingestion, DMOs, Transformations, Identity Resolution
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data models and integrations
  • Strong SQL and data transformation skills
  • REST APIs, MuleSoft, or equivalent integration platforms

Domain Knowledge

  • Banking customer data, account structures, consent, compliance, and privacy requirements
  • Experience handling PII and financial data in regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience activating Data Cloud audiences to Marketing Cloud

  • Exposure to Customer 360 and analytics use cases

  • Salesforce Certifications preferred:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant / Architect

  • Salesforce Data Architect
