  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering and Product Management to complete tasks.

  • Manage individual task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of software and security best practices (i.e., object-oriented design patterns, OWASP Top 10, SOLID design principles).

  • Produce documentation and evaluation of new technologies and their potential value for Litera.

  • Communicate with other groups in the organization to evaluate the possibility of leveraging GenAI to address current process challenges and inefficiencies.

  • Collaborate with other team members to design and develop robust features and products using GenAI and other modern technologies.

  • Translate product and feature ideas into technical designs and development tasks.

  • Conduct sessions and webinars to disseminate knowledge throughout the Engineering department.

  • Define new opportunities for leveraging GenAI to improve Litera products and organizational processes.
