Serve as lead worker of the DHS SharePoint and M365 Application Platform Services Team
-
Provide management of DHS sites and collections within the state-hosted SharePoint platform
-
Provide management of, and systems integration with, the Microsoft 365 application platform including Teams/SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Dynamics/CRM
-
Maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders
-
Provide consultation, analysis, project coordination, training, and support services

Develop governance, guidelines, best practices, and training materials for the M365 application platform
-
Perform records search and discovery services

Develop and support smaller-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Partner with third party developers on larger-scale efforts as needed.

Bachelors degree in area of specialty and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, M365 Power Platform, and Dynamics 365/CRM

Familiarity with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.

Administration and development expertise with SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 application platform. This includes custom entity development, plug¬ins, and workflow activities.

Experience with DHS or State of Wisconsin related IT systems is desirable

Power Platform certification is desired

Project management training and experience is desired
