Job description

Join our innovative team as a Test Application Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. We are seeking a meticulous and methodical individual who is passionate about software testing and quality assurance., Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and issues, tracking them through resolution.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights to improve the overall quality of the software.
  • Maintain test environments and ensure the accuracy of test data.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives related to testing and quality assurance practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with testing tools and software (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing environments.
