Job description

Reporting to Manager IT - Marketing, you will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and data models that enable marketing performance measurement and insights across media, owned digital platforms, and social channels. You will partner closely with Media Services, Owned Digital Product, Marketing Activation, analytics, and data science teams to deliver trusted, scalable data solutions that help marketers understand consumer behavior, optimize investment decisions, and measure impact across channels.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines that integrate marketing data from multiple sources into the enterprise data environment

  • Partner with Marketing teams to gather and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions

  • Build and optimize complex SQL transformations to support marketing performance measurement and reporting use cases

  • Design and manage data models aligned to marketing domains such as media spend, impressions, engagement, conversion, and digital behavior

  • Implement and automate ETL workflows using Informatica and Databricks to improve reliability and efficiency of marketing data pipelines

  • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of pipelines, queries, and analytical processes

  • Document data workflows, transformations, data definitions, and standards for team reference

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to plan, estimate, and deliver work efficiently

  • Support data governance, privacy, and compliance practices within Marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Four or more years of experience in data engineering or a related role supporting enterprise-scale analytics solutions

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation and analysis

  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, including Snowflake and Databricks

  • Strong experience with ETL tools and frameworks, particularly Informatica

  • Proficiency in Python or PySpark for data processing and automation

  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and database design principles

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong attention to data quality and detail

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with technical and non-technical partners

  • Experience supporting marketing analytics, media measurement, digital analytics, or social reporting is strongly preferred

Benefits & conditions

Pay Range:$93,200-$135,700

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
