Job description
Release initiatives and deployment of large scale 5G HMNO systems across Core and RAN environments. Owns release management, network upgrades, and CAPEX-driven implementations, including platform evolution and new capability onboarding. Assess systems performance and integration readiness. Partners with cross functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver on release implementations. Oversees end to end system integration and release lifecycle, including validation, deployment, production rollout, and stabilization. Establishes release plans, standards, and rollback procedures to ensure successful delivery. Identifies and mitigates system risks, dependencies, and deficiencies, ensuring network performance and reliability. Drives continuous improvement in release processes, automation, and deployment efficiency., 5G Core and/or RAN experience,Release management and deployment lifecycle,Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP),Cloud environments (AWS, OpenShift),Linux,Ansible
