Requirements

Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one

of the Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related

fields.

Certifications in the field

Required Experience:

  1. 15+ Years of overall experience across various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SCLC) projects.

  2. 12+ Years of Systems Analysis and Development of process flow experience.

  3. 8+ Years of Database& Application design experience.

  4. 8+ Years of experience in configuring and administering SaaS/COTS

  5. products.

  6. 3+ Years of experience with FL Medicaid (FMMIS) data exchanges, specifically, consumer eligibility, provider data, and service authorization related data exchanges.

  7. Prior or current project experience with the Agency.

  8. Experience developing interfaces solutions for business functions, Data Integration jobs, Web Services, and others similar types of interfaces.

  9. Experience working in Data Analysis & Reporting.

  10. Experience in Use Case Development.

  11. Experience developing Technical Specifications documentation.

  12. Experience with data Migrations /ETL tools.

  13. Experience working on Data Warehouse implementation projects.

  14. Experience working on Application Architecture.

  15. Experience working on High Availability applications.

  16. Quality Assurance (QA)/Testing experience.

  17. Experience with Change Management Process.

  18. Experience working and collaborating with vendor and diverse stakeholder groups, internal and external.

  19. Office of Automation/Productivity Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Word.

  20. Communication: Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills; Active Toastmasters strongly preferred.

  21. Experience in Health & Human Services domain is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

i. Must have Interface / Data Integration /Web Services, Engineering, or other

related fields.

ii. Must be skilled in Database Developer Tools (SQL Management Studio /TOAD

/Access).

iii. Must possess SQL Query Writing and Execution skills.

iv. Must have thorough understanding of relational database design and

development (SQL Server /Oracle).

v. Must possess Data Migration/ ETL( Extract, Transformation and Load ) skills.,

vi. Must have Report Development skills with experience with standard tools (SSRS/CrystalReports/Access/Excel).

vii. Must have SaaS/COTS product maintenance and support skills.

viii. Must have team /project leader skills.

ix. Must have strong documentation skills.

x. Must be highly self-motivated and directed.

xi. Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

xii. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to adapt

message to a variety of stakeholders.

xiii. Must have keen attention to detail.

xiv. Ability to build partnerships and collaboration between individuals and project

teams.

xv. Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment as well as the ability to

work effectively while under pressure.

xvi. Ability to effectively while under pressure. Ability effectively to prioritize and

execute tasks.

xvii. Ability to present ideas and multi-task in an organized and highly efficient

manner.
