Job description
- Work with a super talented, high-performance, and friendly team of Designers, Product Managers, and other Engineers
- Translate complex UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, responsive Webflow websites that are pixel-perfect across breakpoints
- Interface directly with clients to understand their requirements, plan projects, and recommend best-fit solutions on the Webflow platform
- Architect and manage robust Webflow CMS structures for scalable, easy-to-maintain content updates
- Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrate third-party libraries such as GSAP, to extend Webflow's native capabilities when designs call for it
- Build smooth, high-end Webflow native interactions, scroll animations, and micro-interactions that elevate the user experience
- Optimize sites for performance, technical SEO, and web accessibility (WCAG) standards
- Evolve Perpetual's engineering best practices, components, and reusable patterns across our Webflow projects
- Assist with internal R&D and innovation projects in addition to client work
Requirements
You are a meticulous Webflow craftsman with a strong eye for design and a passion for building fast, accessible, and visually stunning websites. You enjoy the intersection of design and code, and you take pride in translating creative visions into pixel-perfect, performant builds. You are comfortable working closely with designers and clients, asking the right questions, and proactively recommending solutions. You stay current on the Webflow ecosystem and the broader no-code / low-code landscape, and you bring a practical, problem-solving mindset to everything you ship. You communicate clearly, manage your time well, and care deeply about the quality of what leaves your hands., * Hnds-on experience building and launching responsive websites on Webflow, with a portfolio of live work you can share
- Deep front-end expertise in HTML and CSS, including a strong command of Flexbox and CSS Grid
- Strong JavaScript skills for custom interactions, dynamic functionality, and extending Webflow beyond its native capabilities
- High proficiency in Figma, with the ability to interpret design systems and extract assets and specs accurately
- Proven track record of creating smooth, high-end Webflow native interactions and scroll animations
- Solid understanding of performance optimization, technical SEO, and web accessibility (WCAG) standards
- Strong attention to detail with a meticulous eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- A proactive, positive, can-do attitude and a practical approach to getting things done
Added Plus
- Experience integrating third-party applications and services via APIs and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Experience with other no-code / low-code tools like WeWeb, Framer, or Bubble
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and / or Webflow's Logic and Memberships features
- Experience working with Git and modern development workflows
- Exposure to GA4, Webflow Analytics, or other analytics and conversion tracking setups
- Experience working with offshore or geographically distributed teams
