Job description

Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware, software, and application issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, MacOS, and other standard software.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.

Requirements

2 years of experience configuring & installing Windows PCs, monitors, scanners, wall displays, and printers.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ServiceNow experience
