Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to support ERP optimization initiatives across finance and operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve workflows, configure system enhancements, support integrations, and develop reporting solutions using Power BI.

This role requires a strong blend of functional ERP expertise, business process understanding, and reporting/analytics capabilities., * Gather business requirements and perform workflow analysis and fit-gap assessments within Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Configure and optimize ERP modules including Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain
• Translate business needs into scalable functional solutions and documentation
• Develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports
• Support integrations with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and related technologies
• Assist with data migration, testing, UAT, system upgrades, and ongoing production support
• Troubleshoot ERP, reporting, and integration issues while identifying long-term improvements
• Create user guides, training documentation, and support materials to improve user adoption

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes including Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, testing, and end-user support
• Hands-on experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development
• Experience supporting ERP integrations using APIs, web services, or related technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, * Experience with AL extensions or Business Central customizations
• Manufacturing, distribution, or consulting industry experience preferred
• Microsoft certifications related to Business Central or Power BI are a plus
