Job description

We are seeking an experienced Virtualization Engineer responsible for the architecture, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise VMware environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across VMware infrastructure components and will ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of virtualized platforms., * Design, deploy, and maintain VMware virtualization infrastructure

  • Manage cluster configurations, upgrades, and patching activities
  • Optimize system performance and conduct root cause analysis
  • Implement automation for infrastructure operations
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
  • Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and DR runbooks
  • Provide operational support and technical guidance

of Experience Extensive hands on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter in large scale enterprise environments. Required Strong expertise in one or more advanced VMware components such as vSAN, NSX T, VCF, or VMware Aria Suite. Required Proficiency with PowerShell / PowerCLI automation. Required Deep understanding of enterprise compute, storage, and network architectures. Required Experience with capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management. Required

Requirements

  • Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server
  • Expertise in VMware vSAN administration and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with VMware NSX-T including micro-segmentation
  • Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
  • Strong knowledge of VMware Lifecycle Manager (vLCM)
  • Proficiency in PowerShell / PowerCLI automation
  • Experience with VMware Aria / vRealize Automation & Orchestrator
  • Strong understanding of enterprise compute, storage, and networking architecture
  • Experience in capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery, security hardening, and compliance standards
