Job description

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Google Cloud Platform Cloud SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) to support cloud-based applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), automation, and system reliability, along with a strong foundation in programming and cloud-native technologies., * Ensure software meets:

  • Functional and non-functional requirements
  • Security and compliance standards
  • Enhance and maintain existing application features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application failures during development and testing
  • Develop and maintain:
  • High-level and component-level design documentation
  • Contribute to full application lifecycle:
  • Development
  • Maintenance
  • Release management
  • Critical bug fixes
  • Ensure high-quality, error-free delivery of software solutions
  • Participate in Agile development processes
  • Leverage AI tools for development and testing where applicable

Requirements

  • Infrastructure architecture
  • Large-scale distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) (GCE, GKE)
  • Linux-based systems
  • Programming / scripting experience in:
  • Python
  • Java
  • Bash
  • Experience with:
  • Docker
  • Virtual Machines
  • Kubernetes
  • Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
  • Terraform
  • Python-based automation
  • Foundational knowledge of:
  • Networking (HTTP, TCP/IP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curious mindset with a passion for technology, + CI/CD tools (Bamboo, JIRA, Git)

  • Experience in:
  • CI/CD pipeline automation
  • Application deployment orchestration, * 4-6 years of relevant experience in Cloud / SRE / DevOps roles, * Python
