Job description
- Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
- Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
- Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
- Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity
- Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
What's Available:
- Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday core business hours, potential on call rotation or occasional need to work overtime based on business needs
- Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives in either La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI.
- Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.
- Starting salary of $70,000/ year and up based on your relevant work experience
- Based on experience, this position may also be filled at an Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst level.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst - Epic Resolute PB/HB to support and optimize our Epic Professional Billing and Hospital Billing applications. This role partners with revenue cycle, finance, and clinical operations teams to ensure accurate charge capture, billing workflows, and system integrity. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, Epic billing experience, and a passion for supporting efficient and compliant revenue cycle operations., * Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Certifications: Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing certification required
- Strong analytical and problem solving experience
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows including charge capture, coding, billing, claims, and follow-up
- Experience working with finance, revenue cycle, and operational stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience working in a healthcare IT environment
