This role will lead architecture decisions across Cisco-based VoIP, session management, and enterprise networking, supporting mission-critical systems in a high-performance, global environment. You will serve as a technical authority and strategic partner, driving innovation across voice, networking, and collaboration technologies while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance., * Architect and support large-scale enterprise voice and collaboration systems across global environments
- Design and optimize VoIP, SIP trunking, and session management architectures
- Lead integration of SBCs, contact center platforms (Genesys), and unified communications systems
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (SDN, WebRTC, cloud UC solutions)
- Ensure high availability and performance through QoS design, traffic engineering, and network optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with network, infrastructure, and application teams
- Review and interpret technology updates, RFC standards, and vendor changes for enterprise applicability
- Drive automation initiatives to replace manual processes (scripting, configuration management)
- Maintain detailed engineering documentation and standard operating procedures

This is a Contract position based out of Jersey City, NJ. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24/hr.
