Job description
Support IT operations for outpatient radiology centers and call centers. Provide user support for various systems and equipment. Manage issues via ticketing system, email, phone, and on-site visits. Report to IT Operations Manager and collaborate with specialized teams. Analyze workflows and recommend improvements. Maintain knowledge of equipment and systems. Travel between sites as needed., Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs. Monitor and resolve service tickets and projects. Communicate with business leadership about ongoing projects. Assist with installation and troubleshooting of technology equipment. Maintain inventory and perform preventative maintenance.
Requirements
Bachelor''s or Associate''s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills. In-depth knowledge of PC, network operations, and connectivity. Proficiency in problem determination and resolution. Flexibility to travel and valid driver''s license required.
