This is a hands-on role where you'll start at a main hospital location and then support rollouts across multiple local sites. - Supporting Windows 11 upgrades across hospital and clinic environments
- Imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting desktops and hardware
- Providing on-site support to ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruption
- Working with tools like Intune (if applicable) and Active Directory
- Delivering strong customer service to end users during deployments
Requirements
- Prior deployment experience (required)
- Experience with Windows 11 (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to Intune or similar tools is a big plus
- Solid desktop support and troubleshooting skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to hit the ground running
Benefits & conditions
- Duration: 6-month rolling contract
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts (starting around 7:30-8:00 AM)
- Must be open to occasional with plenty of notice- flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Local travel required throughout the Philadelphia area
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Mileage reimbursement provided
- MUST LIVE within PA/NJ/DE and not planning to relocate for this role
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
