This role leads the delivery and implementation of supply chain planning solutions-covering demand planning, supply planning, and finite scheduling-across multiple business divisions. The focus for this role is on executing projects, ensuring adoption, and delivering measurable business value.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Early-Stage Work
- Help assess current processes, systems, and data across divisions.
- Support platform evaluations and fit-gap analysis (e.g., Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP).
- Contribute to defining project scope, success metrics, and high-level solution direction.
- Identify risks and integration challenges between SAP and legacy systems.
- Evaluate data readiness and integration complexity.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead the design and implementation of planning solutions (Demand, Supply, Scheduling).
- Run workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
- Oversee configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, IT, and system integrators.
- Ensure solutions meet GxP, validation, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive standardization across divisions while supporting unique business needs.
- Recommend continuous improvements and process enhancements.
Data & Integration
- Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure data quality and readiness across SAP and legacy systems.
- Assist with testing and validation of data flows and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience with planning systems (Demand, Supply, Scheduling).
- Hands-on experience with planning tools like Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP, or Blue Yonder.
- Strong understanding of life sciences supply chain and manufacturing.
- Experience integrating planning tools with SAP ERP.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering large programs and executing data strategies.

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
