Job description
- Manage and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards for Business Development
- Analyze pipeline and awarded contracts by development phase, therapeutic area, region, customer, and BD representative
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and forecast accuracy
- Own and deliver monthly executive reporting decks, highlighting key trends and insights
- Translate data into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for leadership
- Track and present KPIs including win rates, pipeline coverage, average deal size, and new customer growth
- Lead monthly business review meetings with segment leaders and present to senior management
- Partner with BD leadership to drive performance, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in FP&A, sales operations, or other analytical roles
- Advanced Salesforce reporting; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
- Proven ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex data clearly
Preferred Attributes
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pipeline management
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all analyses and deliverables
- Executive presence with confidence leading senior-level discussions
- Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments is a plus
