What You'll Do: Gain hands-on experience with:
- Managing exciting projects.
- Deploying and configuring the newest technologies, especially AI platforms.
- TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Meraki management.
- Setting up and troubleshooting advanced Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace features like Context Aware Access
- Mobile device management and email configuration for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Building and supporting secure and well managed tech environments for our client base., If you are interested in:
- Growing your skills in the cloud IT industry.
- Working with a variety of SEC-regulated clients across different environments.
- Engaging in the latest technology, defining deployment standards, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating effectively with clients and your team.
- Participating in exciting projects like network migration, email/collaboration migration, AI deployment, and cloud security.
- Enjoying a vibrant workplace culture both in and out of the office.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A proven ability to communicate well with clients, especially General Partners and other high level executives.
- The ability to communicate clearly with teammates, often, and confidently while keeping projects on track.
- A natural instinct to take initiative.
- A proactive willingness to learn, and also mentor less experienced staff
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and taking pride in your work.
- Troubleshooting skills with Windows and/or Mac OS.
- A solid foundation in information security - with experience with SEC-regulated clients being a welcome bonus.
- Experience with System Administration.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability., This is a full-time, in-person position based in San Carlos, CA. Please note that relocation assistance is not available, and applicants must reside within a 45-minute commute of San Carlos. You must have a vehicle and valid US Drivers License. U.S. permanent work authorization is required; sponsorship for employment visas is not available.
