o Critical Operations (data center, hospital, power plant, etc) o Verbal and written communication skills o Hands-on technology experience o Responsible for effective installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware related infrastructure. o Ensures Data Center standards are complied with and policies and procedures are followed as outlined.
