Senior Full Stack Developer - Richmond, VA (Onsite) - W2 Only

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and Agile development methodologies., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, and DevOps
• Develop frontend and backend components
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
• Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint activities

• 15+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong expertise in Java / .NET technologies
• Extensive experience with React.js, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Experience with REST APIs and Web Services
• Expertise in Spring Boot / .NET Core
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise-scale applications
• Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance domain experience preferred
• Cloud certifications are a plus
• DevOps exposure preferred, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
